Delivery & Returns

***ALL RTS(Ready to Ship) items ship next business day. ***ALL orders made on LIVE ship next business day. ***CUSTOM orders are ready to ship from 5-7 business days. ****Snowglobes may settle after sitting still for a few days. Store cups upside down then when ready to use, shake side to side(like you're turning a door knob) and glitter will flow again.

Each order is handmade with love, so Please handle with care. No two items are alike & may have minor flaws. We wil be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
